Roy started The Big Kick Off 7 years ago. The show started as a sports show on Liffey Sound 96.4fm for the first 4 years and then evolved into a Football Show.

There are now two shows, Tbko Football Show ⚽️ & Tbko League of Ireland

Having recently built thebigkickoff.com he added a few writers to compliment the radio show.

Roy has developed his editing skills not only to edit the radio show/podcasts but also video editing.

Roy has been a member of Lucan United most of his life as a Player, coach, physio, Chairman of the Football Committee and Executive Committee member.

In radio, alongside 7 years as a radio presenter Roy was a Board member of Liffey Sound 96.4fm while also on the programming committee and fundraising committee.

His strengths are really good organisational skills, strong determination, patience and a positive mindset where every problem has a solution.
